The answer my friend is blowing in the wind...

Which way does the prevailing wind blow, do you think? There are lots of trees and bushes like this on the South Downs. Today we have been helping some friends move house, their new place backs on to the Downs so the pups and I went exploring. There is a public footpath up on to the downs through a wooded area so we had a lovely walk. Merlin seems to be limping the last few days, not bothering him and only when he walks, not when he chases around.
