Running Through The Rainbow

Marshalled at Parkrun again this morning

Perfect running weather , fresh , about ten degrees and dry. A tiny hint of rain towards the end but the rainbow came out to bring the last few home .

We have spent most of today outside as the dark days are coming and soon it will be all about pajamas, hot chocolate, reading good books and being comfortable and cozy not bothering to shave the legs for months

Autumn's being as good as summer though and clinging on and bringing colour and warmth right up until the point that someone flicks the switch to winter bastard
