Beautiful Birmingham

Spent most of day at D & S's, working on their house - D and I sanding skirting boards; S painting; and M laying their bamboo floor. It already looks transformed.

D and I walked to shop to buy "tomato red" for the skirting boards, and on way back, surprised to see Birmingham City Centre in the distance - didn't know you could see it from there. Looked quite beautiful with the evening sun on it.
