It's 11pm. This time 9 years ago my baby was 30 mins old. My waters broke at 9.30pm and by 10.30pm she was with us! She hasn't let her feet touch the ground since.

Today is the first of her birthdays that she hasn't been with us. After the sleep over last night 2 of the girls were collected at 9am and Becca and the other one went off to cub camp.

It has been harder than I thought it would be to be away from her on her special day.

Imagine my delight when I received this photo of her and her cake from one of the cub leaders :-) I love how she looks so bashful yet among her closest friends last night she loved being the centre of attention!
