Ohau Gorgeous …

Up early, 6.30 in fact (on a Sunday … I know!) so that we could get ready and get into Twizel in time for a race. 5K run for the kids … It’s part of a larger event for adults too … Fresh snow on the hills, windy and cold! So we rugged up and set off, only to find the weather in Twizel was much better.

And what a fun run. 5km with the kids, they did well, especially loving the mud and wet. Of course …

Back to the house for lunch, then back out on the afternoon to walk the Clay Cliffs. Lots of fun!

And on the way home, 3 degrees and sleeting. Spring eh! Fun day ;-)
