Texas Fund Raiser

Just for fun and relationship we went out tonight to attend a fundraiser for the Humane Society (for animals - dogs mainly!) because a friend of ours who is an obsessive dog lover invited us and we happened to be free. There was Texas food - Barbecue; Texas music - Country and Western; Texas entertainment - Casino games (although the real thing is banned in Texas, everyone goes across the borders to Oklahoma or Louisiana to play); and lots of Texas cowboy hats and boots! David and I felt quite foreign to all this but had fun anyway!
