Christ almighty my body hurts. Been out riding all day in the city, including joining the DC Critical Mass ride, which ended up taking me several miles north of the city before I decided to head back downtown to meet up with some riding buddies.

Out riding the city for the better part of 10 hours was exactly what I needed. I miss this city so much.

Dave fires a downside whip over the hip at Shaw Skatepark. Let it be known that with the exception of my flash, he did this about a dozen times in complete darkness.
