Northern Light

Oh it's very good to be back in the north. Stayed with mum and dad last night and then set off early for Orkney. Stopped off at Golspie Beach to give the dogs a good run and was stunned by the quality of the light at that hour. Beautiful.

Made it to Scrabster in good time for the ferry and then enjoyed a calm sailing over to Stromness. Had a great view of the Old Man of Hoy on the way past. I've posted more photos from today's travels here.
