Mount Day - October

Summer has arrived

Unlike last month's moody shot today was absolute summer glory!
So summery indeed that I had Mango Sorbet and Passionfruit Yoghurt for my ice cream treat afterwards.

The lower slopes of Mauao are grazed by sheep and this mama and her lamb seem to be enjoying the weather too, oblivious to the view behind them showing Matakana Island in the background and the Kaimai Ranges in the far back.
