The Hurdy Gurdy man was in Tower Records, Dublin giving a small taste of what he was going to play later that night in the Olympia Theatre.

I asked him would he be singing Universal Soldier at the concert and he replied that he would, and he did.

I was not really into Donovan's music at the time but reading about him and seeing him over the last few week he certainly has had a fascinating life in the music industry.
