The Challacombed Valley from Hookney Tor

"We marched ourselves to the top pf the hill, got wet and marched ourselves down again!"
First time back on the moor for a month and we paid a visit to out favorite Tor but the wind was very strong and walking difficult, this could be the front of the storm that's due through overnight. On reaching the top we were met by a terrific rain storm and the words "Two silly old buggers" came to mind.

So we retreated to the car feeling cold and wet but very much alive!
