Last of the light

A full day with the second panto audition this afternoon. It's going well but we need a few more people.

As we left the rehearsal there was a lovely glow from the sunset but by the time I got home it had changed. I jumped in the car straight away but knew I wouldn't be able to go far before the light disappeared completely. I made it to the local duck pond and had five minutes before the heavens opened and it poured with rain. With the clocks having changed today this was the last of the light.
