Stowe

Went for a very pleasant walk at Stowe Landscape Gardens today. With a storm approaching the UK that is supposed to be the worst for about 10 years, it was a bit bracing, with some very strong winds in some of the exposed areas. There was a Christmas market in a marquee that we could have gone into until we saw it cost £6.00 each to get in. Now, I'm no cheapskate, but £12.00 per couple for the privilege of going into a tent and spend your own money? I think not.
