Time

The time is 1.59 am. In 2 minutes time it will be 1.01 am.

If a twin was born a couple of minutes ago and its twin born four minutes later, on paper the second baby would be born first if the birth was registered at the official time. Presumably both births would be recorded in either BST or GMT.
Once I worked with someone whose birthday was sometimes two days before her twin who was born minutes later. I can’t remember if they celebrated on the older or younger twin’s actual birthday or separately every fourth year.
