Amazing Kelpies

Been wanting to go and see these magnificent structures for a wee while now and we headed down Falkirk way this afternoon, through gale force winds and some heavy rain.

I think it's next April before the Helix park opens, and there is still lots of construction going on. I think it's a fabulous piece of outdoor sculpture and will bring lots of tourists to the area.

I remembered too when I was in the Brownie's waaaaaaaaaaay back, the name of the pack I was in was The Kelpies!
