Carol's quiche

Carol is the best cook I know. Once a month a group of us go to her house for breakfast after we have been to the prison. As I'm veggie she makes special stuff for me which is great of her. Today it was spinach and parmesan and nutmeg quiche - out of this world - and all the carnivores loved it too. Thanks Carol.
