Bumper Boats

Bob wanted to go to Castles and Coasters amusement park for his birthday in August. But the wise boy opted for an indoor option at the last minute, for which I was very grateful. I was not looking forward to a day of schlepping through the amusement park in 105F temps. I promised him that when the weather became nice again, we would go.

The weather is splendid. Bob, his friend and I spent the afternoon playing miniature golf, some time in the arcade, and of course lots of time on the rides. They really liked the roller coaster. But they could only get me to go on it once. I am not quite so fearless anymore. We all loved the log ride. And the boys really loved the bumper cars and the bumper boats. It was an awesome day.
