The Humber Bridge

A fantastic day exploring a new city and rediscovering places once visited long in the past!

Been out with Kieran Chauhan seeing for ourselves what Hull, a 2017 city of culture contender along with Leicester, is really like. We enjoyed our visit, most of all the Museum Quarter.

But the highlight has to be this truly awe inspiring bridge! A truly incredible structure which is amazing to drive over or simply gaze at. When crossing somehow the strings of Hans Zimmer allied perfectly with passing under the immense towers, later as we left Hull it once again served as a fantastic soundtrack to views of the bridge from afar.

I blip now as my 35mm analogue camera is set to a long exposure from the opposite side, the south side of the river.
