I love my life

A friend indeed

Carrying on from yesterday's blip regarding my neighbours tree... The tree is fine - fine!!!
The two fence panels under it which are my responsibility are smashed up!
Six other panels also have the same fate - 4 with one neighbours boundary and 2 with the other side. Basically my garden looks like an open house or should I say open garden.
Having heard terrible news on loss of life and disruption around Kent and Sussex I decided to close the garden gate on my worry.
I went to the opticians for sunglasses today as I am so light sensitive following my cataract op last Tuesday and while I was out I popped into the shop for a pumpkin for Ryan to carve (he's off work as the trains are "down" today following the aftermath of St. Jude, there being 150 trees on the train lines in the region.
When we had finished the first stages of cutting, Ryan carving, and me supervising, lol, our VIP guest of the day arrived for a visit, Karen in tow ! Karen bought her new camera to demonstrate it as I am hoping to have one in the future. We started with a Belgium hot choccy and Louis had a drink in Poppy's bowl before heading out for a stroll and many photos later we headed back to the house to recover.

In total I have taken 50 shots today of various subjects but the one that is a must is my blip today - I give you guest of my day - Louis
