Not as green as I'm cabbage looking!

The title is a bit silly I know but I've always found that phrase funny and it seemed to fit!

Went to Beverley today, my birthplace and a lovely place to visit if you haven't done so already. The Minster is a superb example of medieval architecture. It is also home to many Green Men carvings. This one is NOT a Green Man though. It is a Green Woman and very rare because of that. Love the worry lines on her forehead.

I have blipped about Green Men before.
