Playing in the rain!

We decided not to risk the motorway back to Brighton today. Too many texts from friends describing pretty awful weather conditions. Although they may well have been exaggerating slightly, there was still enough truth there, backed by the news to stay an extra day. However, the dogs still required walking and it was raining torrentially. The dogs are not at all perturbed by trudging around in the rain. However, we experienced a panic when youngest dog fell into the swollen torrent of a stream and we spotted him being hurtled along towards a tunnel that crossed under the motorway. Luckily, because he is a young dog, he managed to claw himself out before disaster struck. That certainly made our hearts race.
