Out of Season

Apologies for another floral photo. This was taken early this morning as I headed to work . The change in hour meant there was some light!

This rhododendron at our front gate has a varied timescale for flowering. Anything from mid January to April/ May. But never before in 26 years in October! While the leaves on other plants are turning - see previous blips.

A full day in the office helping to update a privacy impact assessment and preparing for tomorrow's early years collaborative Learning session 3 left no time for any other shots. Maybe tomorrow after the workshop for 230 people in Glasgow there will be an opportunity.
