A cow on Cowhill!

I almost titled this ' Cowdog ', but actually Fossey is being the opposite of that and making a conscious effort not to get involved. I taught her to stick close to me if the cows are hanging around where we need to pass and not to wander about willy nilly checking cow pats for tastiness ( she a connoisseur, don't you know?! ) and she remembered that even tho it's been awhile since we've seen them together. For a moment I didn't realise what she was doing, then I registered the " I'm being a good girl I am " look in her eyes, caught on to what she was doing and gave her the appropriate praise. Sometimes she's more switched on than I am!
