Bird Food

I imagined when the clock went back that I would have some extra shuteye. No such luck - these berries hang by the bedroom window, and every morning a thoughtless blackbird arrives at the crack of dawn and starts having his breakfast. It's amazing the effect that a chomping blackbird and sleep deprivation can have on the senses at that unearthly hour.
