Lifesavers

An Air Ambulance from Wales taking off from County Hospital Hereford, having delivered a seriously ill casualty. The orange blip to the left is a dead leaf which had been blown up by the prop-wash of the helicopter.

I was waiting for The Management to have her arm put in plaster after falling over in our garden. The doctor told her she had two sets of multiple fractures on either side of her wrist but that, miraculously, nothing had moved out of place so it should all set as good as new. (It wasn't her in the Air Ambulance, by the way).
