Ten pin bowling practice did pay off as I maintained my 140+ average in the league last night.

After a nervy opening 121 I finished with a 162 giving me 283 and a 141.5 average. Oh! And we won, beating our nearest rivals.

Today I was up in St Andrews carrying out a training session and product demonstration to 15 M&E engineers from the University.

Tonight I will be attending An Evening With Sir Alex Ferguson at the SECC Clyde Auditorium with 8 clients.
