Instrument of Torture

What else can you do when your neck is being stretched by an implement designed by someone with a warped sense of humor but answer a work call to take your mind off the obvious unbearable pain. This process is designed to open up my degrading vertebrae and stretch the muscles into places they have not been for many a year.

I have to do this once a day at the moment for a ten minute stretch with a six pound weight both of which will increase as my neck submits. This and the acupuncture I have had and will continue to have should help me in the long drawn out process of recovery.
