Down on the Beach

After my Spin Class my friend asked me if I would like to join her while she walked the dog down at the beach, with such a lovely day how could I refuse. It is so enjoyable to walk along chatting to friends.

However this delayed my lunch until 3pm, wow was I hungry. No matter, hubby is away in Devon so I can eat my tea late aswell.
