Badgi not Fungi

My hay fever isn't as bad today thank goodness. I assume I'm allergic to the moulds that are prevalent at the moment...more badgi than fungi.

I had a text from Carole...Cuppa this afternoon?...so I whizzed up an orange cake and took it with me. I walked round, between heavy downpours, and it was still warm when I got there. I am practising baking for an idea I have for the future which is why cakes feature a lot at the moment...and thankfully I have friends who help taste them.
