Hallelujah

Taking a shortcut thru the Pavillion gardens today.. i was heading for the south exit, when the sounds of Leonard Cohen came drifting over my way. I retraced my steps & into sight came this young singer..very colourfull as you can see..but it was the utterly haunting sound of her voice singing Halleluja..& what a voice it was..i am sure the angels were lining up behind her. I was the only person who stopped!..people just kept walking by trying to focus on getting a good shot of the Pavillion..unbelievable! She smiled at me..and i smiled back.. and just listened. When she finished, i began to tell her what a beautifull rendition that was.. but i started to chock as waves of emotion started to well up.. so i smiled again & put double the amount i usually leave in her little tray.
