JUST ANOTHER DAY ON THE MOUNTAIN

This morning I thought I was going to have a lovely restful day, a quick gym stint, preparing my painting for art, going to art, walk the dogs etc. Well, preparing my painting for art was as far as I got, it is such a particular painting there is no room for error and after spending about 4 hours I realized there was a fundamental error so had to rub it out and start again. GGGRRRRR.
I therefore didn't even get to gym or art but did finally manage to walk the dogs. So pleased I did as it was a beautiful evening and the mountain showed me her best. Beautiful lighting, mist among the pines, pincushion bushes galore, a Goshawk and stunning grasses and the joy of watching 4 happy pooches. And to think I almost didn't take my camera!
Aaaahhh, couldn't ask for more, a frustrating daybut a happy ending.
