Health and Safety (NOT)

Stage 2 has commenced. The green concrete slabs round the pool are being taken up and are going to be replaced with the same design and colour concrete as our patio.

John is using a jack hammer, but h&s seems to have gone out of the window, he does have safety goggles, but they are on his forehead and he has trainers on instead of boots with steel toecaps, but that is his choice.

I have already had the wife of the OTHER vice president harranging me, why, there is a large skip sat in the main entrance to the community. It needs to be there as there will be huge amounts of rubble to get rid of, she insists it is the 'emergency entrance and exit' for the community, so if we have a fire or need an ambulance they cannot gain access to the community. I tried explaining that it is NOT an emergency entrance as it does not have a dropped kerb, and if as she wants, we put the skip on the road, it will block the main entrance anyway.

I also told her that it would be gone on Wednesday, what I didn't say was, it would be replaced with a large cement lorry!!!
