Autumn in the city

This is a picture of my One Street around the corner from where we live on what is perhaps one of the last gorgeous days of Fall - at least before all the leaves are off the trees. H and I had an invigorating row (that means chilly) this morning to catch the same wonderful sun - it was so beautiful.

I’ve been trying to add a Haiku (not my thing, clearly! ,but what the heck..) to each of my One Streets in the spirit of the original project here.

Nature in the city
on a bright crisp autumn day,
Fairview Street’s on fire!
