An early rise and to the airport - felt I'd achieved when the fuel warning light came on; I got full value out of the non refundable tank they make you buy - it added a piquance of uncertainty to the journey too.
A smooth flight home to Manchester - thank you Jet2 - and drive up the road. We all gathered at the Rheged discovery centre at Penrith for a welcome break and a coffee then home and a lovely chinese at Killer Queens.
