Saltaire

Visited Saltaire a purpose-built Victorian industrial village. The village was built in the nineteenth century by Sir Titus Salt, to provide self-contained living space for the workers at his wool mill. The Mill has been converted into art shops and the "1853 Gallery" which houses works from Hockney and other temporary exhibitions.
