Liscombe Park Cattle Trough

Out and about in North Bucks today, even less storm damage here. I have driven past this water trough many times, sadly it is not very safely accessible as it sits right on a bend of the road with no footway leading to it. It's inscriptions says it was
"Erected by Phillips Cosby Lovett of Liscombe in for the Jubilee Reign of Queen Victoria and for the benefit of the public generally in 1887.
Restored by his son Beresford Lovett in 1932."

It was also restored in 1977 but I can't make out the inscriptions that says who restored it!
