Early to rise

Watched the sun come up this morning on the cliff tops. Its a completely stunning site to see, the way it slowly rises initially looking as though the sea is bubbling. Then it peaks its way through and rises majestically into the sky. It never fails to take my breath away. No matter what is happening in the world or our little lives the sun continues to set and rise. No wonder yoga has a whole salutation dedicated to the sun.
