Run for Cover

After a week and a half off, it was back to running with the club tonight for me (Chris). Amazing how quickly you can feel slightly out of condition, it was a hard 6 miles tonight which wasn't helped by the rain starting to fall the moment we set off. As tempting as it was to run for cover, it didn't last too long though.

Annie is away in Bristol for a few days and alongside work is cat sitting for a friend. She's got two new best friends as a result!!
