Punkin' pie

My first experience of pumpkin. Made from a recipe my colleague forwarded to me where the woman in the video called it a "punkin'" pie... Apparently that's how Americans say it.

It went down a treat, especially served with a maple syrup cream and most of it was gone by lunchtime in the office!
