Kashmiri chicken

Was a success. Not as spicy as I would of liked (I'm sure when my dad cooked it he didn't follow the chilli pepper/spice guidelines). But it suited my American chum's delicate palette.

Hit and miss at work at the moment, as one thing works that hasn't been working another thing that was working no longer is......much like spinning plates.
