Fruit bat my a$$!!!!
So DDW's final challenge for October is "spooky."
What better place to find appropriate material than in the basement of the Biology Department, 2 floors below ground level, in the museum. Rooms of dead things, pickled things, skinned things, stuffed things, and any other thing you can think of as spooky. Not to mention, the hallway light leading up to the museum, supposedly on an automatic sensor, doesn't illuminate until you're half way down the hallway, and the elevator doors are already 75% closed. Spooky indeed!!!
I remembered a "fruit" bat skeleton from a previous trip downstairs and thought it might make good fodder for scary. After downloading the pics I soon realized that the fruit bat has an enormous, supposedly grappling claw on its wing, and something on its tooth. Have a look in large and see if you can see what I see...
