A rather dark and gloomy picture but suitable maybe for Halloween. Went to a training session this morning with the charity I have started volunteering with, and my mind always feels like it is ready to implode afterwards. There is so much new information to take in on complex topics about which I have very little background knowledge. Anyway, time for tea.
