My Knight and my Pumpkin

We got dressed for Halloween this morning and left the house at 10 to go play at Wynford farm. The kids got a Halloween cupcake and a packet of buttons as they were dressed up and so started their day. We then nipped to Costco for a hotdog for lunch, then various nibbles around the shop before Euan heading to drop Euan at his dress up day at Nursery. Rhona and I went to Tesco in the meantime to get some shopping and then I dropped Rhona at Grannys while I went to pick up Euan. He had dooked for apples (apple in his tray!), ate donuts off strings, made teacake spiders with strawberry lace legs (in tray) and had Halloween treats for snack (cupcake in tray)!

Went back to Grannys where Euan told 2 jokes he had made up (why do horses neigh so much? Because it went too far! and why do pigs oink so much? Because they eat too much!) and Rhona danced ring a roses with me. They got a bag full of treats and Rhona ate her chocolate spider and some smarties and some cookie. Euan must have been full from Nursery at that point. After that we went along to the Greats and Euan told his jokes again and then got a sticker book and Rhona danced and got an animal magnet book. They had more chocolate there and some oranges before we came home. They refused their beans on toast for tea (not surprised after all the junk they have eaten!) and have had a lollypop and a bag of crisps! Oh well, something with lots of veggies for tea tomorrow!
