Courgette Cakes

Yes I know it sounds silly to put veg in desert but there you have it. We had loads of Courgette (Zucchini for you people over the pond) left over so Vic found recipes to use it up. This is honey spice cake. Actually tasted quite good even if putting veg in puddings is an affront to god.
