Those damned germs !!!

Back on the pills after a turbulent night (at least for my stomach).
A serious bacterial stomach infection in 2006 left its traces and from time to time the problems return. I have to be very careful what to eat and what better leave untouched.
Apparently I made a painful mistake yesterday, I will save you the dirty details of the consequences. So I'll have to use the pills again for a while untilll everything has calmed down inside.
Hope this night will bring me some sleep again.
