Although this looks like a lump of raw meat it was in fact goats cheese wrapped in smoked bacon on a bed of mixed leaves with a mango, tomato and red onion salsa with a drizzle of chilli oil!.....the starter....
small confession Chef O did plate it up for me in an artistic fashion!!!!!

After a morning of prep for the meal, walked up to Elaine's to go out for lunch (light) with Jan...didn't blipped them as I have many a time (and they are so photogenic.....he he :))). Bought a few stocking fillers at the garden centre then home to finish dinner for our friends Sue and John from church #2.....it was all delicious and we have just enjoyed a silly party game to round the evening off!
