Sangre de Cristo Mountains
I know it's Halloween and lots of photos in that vein will be blipped today. I thought it was significant that we had quit a bit of snow on the mountains last night. They are called the Sangre de Cristo because in the setting sun they take on a reddish hue...reminding the Spanish who settled here of the 'Blood of Christ'. It was a cold crisp adventure to get a photo of this light.
