A productive afternoon

We decided that we really had grown far more garlic than one family could eat and much as I wanted to hoard it all, we really had two choices -

1) take up vampire hunting

or

2) flog some at the school table top sale.


Much to my surprise I managed to make over £35 selling both individual bulbs and bunches of 3 tied up with twine, plus a few jars of chutney. I was fair delighted.

Arrow also made a small fortune selling cards with his photographs. And both boys managed to sell a pile of their old books as well. So it was a good day all round.
