All Hallows' Eve

Away tonight for a conference, but my mind is elsewhere, it's been a tough day.

We said goodbye to a friend and colleague today. Having known him for over 10 years and him being a year younger than me, I can't help feeling like he was taken too soon. The service was lovely and his eulogy (read by one of our colleagues) reminded us it's not how long, but how full a life that is important. He'll be missed, but his memory will live on.
