Painting

This is my completed painting (finished this morning at Art class) of the heron on the River Murray. It was copied - with some of my own interpretation - from a photo kindly supplied by Raestelle from Blipfoto. I had left out the reeds, but then decided to put them in - both in the background and the foreground. This is the first in the #LOVEMBER challenge set by RachelCarter. The idea is that every day you post a blip of something you love, so I've started with my love of painting!

The ironing is calling to me and I'm trying hard to ignore it - well, I'm tired out after being at Art all morning! ;-)
